Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your use of RampUpRocket.com and the RampUp Rocket platform ("Service"), operated by FastPath Marketing LLC ("FastPath," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of the Terms, do not use the Service.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information and Customer Content. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Use of the Service

RampUp Rocket provides sales-readiness and onboarding tools. You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

  • • Copy, modify, or distribute Service content without written permission
  • • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • • Reverse engineer any part of the platform
  • • Upload unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized materials

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Accounts and Registration

You may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • • Provide accurate information
  • • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

Intellectual Property

All content and functionality—including software, text, graphics, and training materials—are owned by FastPath and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

User-Submitted Content

By submitting Mission Briefs, documents, meeting data, or other content ("Customer Content"), you grant RampUp Rocket a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use this content solely to provide, operate, maintain, support, and improve the Service.

You retain ownership of your content. You represent that:

  • • You have rights to upload the content
  • • It does not violate confidentiality obligations
  • • It does not infringe on intellectual property rights

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Customer Content and Confidentiality Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to submit any Customer Content, including confidential company information. Do not submit information you are not permitted to share. We are not responsible for Customer Content you choose to submit, upload, or share through the Service.

No Sale or Advertising Use of Customer Content

We do not sell Customer Content and do not use Customer Content for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to external tools, CRMs, or platforms. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their functionality, content, or data practices.

Payment and Subscriptions

For paid plans, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize FastPath to charge applicable fees. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be provided at purchase.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service for violations, misuse, or subscription lapses. Certain sections—such as intellectual property and limitations of liability—survive termination.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastPath is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including:

  • • Lost profits
  • • Data loss
  • • Business interruption
  • • Delays or inaccuracies in sales outputs

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Disclaimer

RampUp Rocket provides guidance and automation tools intended to support professional sales decision-making. We do not guarantee revenue outcomes or business performance.

Warranty Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastPath disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FastPath, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your Customer Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
